Michele Maloney

Treatment Plan Coordinator

Michele is our treatment plan coordinator, She has been with Soistman Family Dentistry since January of 2016. She has completed many dental workshops and computer software training. She currently resides in Church Hill, Maryland with her husband, 3 children, and step son. In the future, she would like to become a mentor for children and travel.

Courtney

Front Desk

Courtney is our front desk receptionist. She has been with Soistman Family Dentistry since November of 2020. She graduated from Queen Annes High School in 2014. She currently resides in Chestertown, Maryland with her son and boyfriend. In her spare time, she loves to spend time with her son and go shopping.

Katie

Marketing Director

Katie joined the Soistman family as the Marketing Director in April of 2023. She graduated from Salisbury University, majoring in Mathematics and minoring in Computer Science and Data Science. She resides in Federalsburg, MD with her boyfriend, 3 dogs, and cat.

Alyssa

Expanded Functions Dental Assistant

Alyssa is an Expanded Functions Dental Assistant who began with Soistman Family Dentistry in June of 2018. Alyssa is a Queen Anne’s County High School graduate with licensing from Chesapeake College in Dental Radiology and Expanded Functions. She currently resides in Chestertown, Maryland with her two daughters. Alyssa is eager to further her career in dentistry and eventually become a dental hygienist.

Kelly

Dental Assistant

Kelly is a Dental Assistant. She has been with Soistman Family Dentistry since October of 2019. She graduated from Queen Anne’s County High School and attended a Dental Assistant program in Columbia, Maryland. She is a certified dental radiation technologist and qualified dental assistant. She has two children and a dog. She enjoys spending her free time, swimming, boating, and being at the beach.

DENTAL HYGIENISTS

Cathy

Lead Dental Hygienist

Cathy is a Registered Dental Hygienist. She has been with Soistman Family Dentistry since 2015. She attended University of Maryland School of Dentistry and graduated with her Bachelor’s of Science in 1977. She has been a hygienist for 43 years, she is also certified in local anesthesia. She has 2 sons and 5 grandchildren. She loves hiking toward the sound of waterfalls and plans to travel to many National Parks.

Dawn

Registered Dental Hygienist

Dawn is a Registered Dental Hygienist that has been with Soistman Family Dentistry since August of 2020. She studied dental hygiene at Allegheny Community College and graduated in 1977. She has been a dental hygienist for 43 years and she is also certified in radiology. Dawn resides in Kennedyville, Maryland with her 2 sons and 2 dogs.

Mary Ellen

Dental Hygienist

Mary Ellen is a Registered Dental Hygienist. She has been with Soistman Family Dentistry since June of 2020. She’s been working in the dental field for 39 years and has been a hygienist for 29 years. She was also previously a professor at Anne Arundel Community College where she taught students in the Dental Assisting Program. She is a BIG Ravens fan and loves spending her Sundays watching football.

Heather
